An absurd look at a domestic conflict occurring at the same time that the world is ending. It’s probably really about how we (meaning “us people”) are astonishingly self-centered and unaware of the world around us until we realizes our lives are over and we have done hardly anything we meant to, but even if you don’t agree it’s still quite funny. Done in that fun loose 2-D animation style where it’s drawn with little regard for tight registration so everything that’s animated wiggles. A National Film Board of Canada production. Recommended.
